  • Through your use of the Fenderr application and Services (mobile or web).

It does not apply to information collected:

By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Fenderr.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website and Services are not intended for children under thirteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Information We Collect

We aim to collect only what is relevant for the features you choose to use. As we add features, we may collect new categories consistent with this policy; when we do, we will update this policy or provide an in‑product notice.

A. Information You Provide

  • Name, electronic‑mail address, telephone number, company name
  • Department of Transportation number and Motor Carrier number, carrier or driver credentials
  • Uploaded files: bills of lading, proofs of delivery, insurance documents, and similar records
  • Billing and payment information (for example, for subscription or factoring)
  • Communications, support requests, or survey responses

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Internet‑protocol address, browser type, device identifier
  • Usage data: load views, dispatch activity, time spent on features
  • Location information (if you enable it)
  • Document upload timestamps and dispatch logs

C. Information From Third Parties

  • Factoring and fuel‑card partners (for example, invoice volume or redemption data when you connect or participate)
  • Accounting tools such as QuickBooks (once integration is enabled and you connect)
  • Referral‑program data from dispatch schools or brokers

D. Identity and Bank‑Account Verification (Optional — Fraud Prevention)

For higher‑trust features—such as becoming a verified carrier —you may be asked to complete an identity and bank‑account verification step powered by our verification partner, Stripe. Verification remains optional unless a feature explicitly requires it.

How it works
Stripe gathers the information necessary to validate your identity documents, confirm you control the linked bank account, and detect fraud. To achieve this, Stripe may temporarily access limited account‑level information—such as balance snapshots, masked account identifiers, account‑holder name, and relevant transaction metadata—along with device and network signals that help confirm legitimacy.

What we receive and retain
We receive a verification status plus the subset of data that is reasonably necessary to operate fraud‑prevention, compliance, and other features you have enabled. This may include masked account identifiers, account indicators, and limited account information to confirm ownership and prevent fraud. We treat all such data as sensitive and store it securely for as long as your account remains active or as required by law.

Purpose of collection

  • To prevent fraud and abuse
  • To satisfy know‑your‑customer and anti‑money‑laundering obligations
  • To enable secure payouts, factoring, and dispute resolution
  • To support ongoing compliance and feature eligibility reviews

When verification is required
You may decline verification; however, features that require a higher level of trust will remain unavailable until verification is completed.

Stripe’s limited role
Stripe acts solely as our verification provider. We do not use Stripe to process your payments or to provide factoring services.

E. Payments and Transaction Information (Features You Choose to Use).

If you use payment, payout, or factoring features, we may collect and create records needed to operate those features. This may include invoices, payout instructions, remittance details, payment or payout status, dates, counterparties, and similar operational information related to activity you initiate or receive through the Services. These records may be provided by you, generated by your use of the Services, or received from integrated partners that you choose to connect.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and personalize the Website and Services
  • Manage dispatches, uploads, fuel rebates, and invoice factoring
  • Operate payment and payout features you choose to use
  • Sync with integrated tools such as QuickBooks (coming soon)
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Communicate product updates, system alerts, or promotions (you can opt out of marketing communications)
  • Fulfill contractual obligations, protect the integrity and security of the Services, and prevent fraud

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information with:

  • Fuel‑card and factoring partners, when you opt in
  • QuickBooks, once the sync is enabled and you connect
  • Third‑party service providers (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, electronic‑mail delivery, and Stripe for identity and bank‑account verification when you opt in; Stripe does not process your transactions and does not provide factoring for the Services)
  • Dispatch schools or commercial‑driver‑license academies under referral programs
  • Law‑enforcement or legal authorities when required
  • Another company in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose anonymized, aggregate information for research or performance reporting.
