Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Starter Plan is free (especially when fuel or factoring is active)
Pro and Enterprise Plans are billed monthly or annually
You may cancel anytime; access remains active until billing cycle ends
No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware. You waive the right to bring claims as a class or representative action.
